The controller includes at least a first mode that carries out closed loop control of the actuator according to the detection result of the drive amount of the actuator per unit time and a second mode that carries out open loop control of the actuator, and the controller selects the first mode or the second mode based on the first information and the second information that have been acquired by the acquiring unit.
