A first term setting unit sets a first date/time specified range including 10 years corresponding to the obtained value of the 10 year digit and a term adjacent to the 10 years with a predetermined length. A first date/time calculating unit calculates the present date and time within the set first date/time specified range. A date/time correcting unit corrects the date and time of a timekeeping unit based on the present date and time.
