The high frequency transmitting device includes a voltage controlled oscillator configured to provide an oscillation signal; and a power amplifier configured to multiply the oscillation signal by an integer to generate a carrier signal, mix the carrier signal and a baseband signal to generate a mixed signal, and amplify power of the mixed signal.
