The toner crushing wire is allowed to swing along a cleaning housing inner wall facing the peripheral surface of the cleaning roller in non-contact with the cleaning housing inner wall. In this way, remaining toner scraped off from the peripheral surface of a photosensitive drum by a cleaning blade is crushed by the toner crushing wire.
