In particular, farmers in rural places can be enrolled into social networks in their local districts, and they can interact with others using audio and video messages employing their local languages. Such interaction can be adhoc in nature, employing audio messages, or audio and video messages. In general, automatic memberships to social networks, social groups and to discussion lists are provided to users, based on user's current location.
