Abstract:
The present invention provides inhibitors of IκB kinase of general formula (I). or a stereoisomer or physiologically tolerable salt thereof, for use in the inhibition of the growth of a multiple myeloma cell and for use in the treatment of multiple myeloma, wherein R1-R8 and B6-B9 are described in the specification.
