The node device includes forming a jamming signal generation unit configured to generate a jamming signal for a target signal which is transmitted from a base station to an intended receiving device supposed to receive the signal and an unintended receiving device not supposed to receive the signal, a beamforming vector determination unit configured to determine a beamforming vector of the jamming signal based on an amplitude of a received power of the jamming signal at the intended receiving device, and a transmission unit configured to transmit the jamming signal based on the determined beamforming vector.
