A spacer is disposed between the rotor and the body. A reel support arm is angularly disposed on the body. A reel foot is angularly disposed on the support arm. The reel foot is adapted to be installed in a standard reel seat of a fishing pole. The reel rotor rotates and oscillates toward a body anterior end and a body posterior end. The support arm has grooves and protrusions for receiving the fingers of a user.
