A first engagement notch is formed on two lateral portions of each of the first extended tabs. The plurality of second extended tabs is provided at intervals on the corrugated tube main body on the other of the two lateral edges having the slit therebetween. A second engagement notch is formed on two lateral portions of each of the second extended tabs and engages with the first engagement notch.
