Abstract:
The present invention is a decoy with a head that rapidly rotates on a vertical axis, creating attention-attracting movement. The powered rotation is both clockwise and counterclockwise, with an arc of rotation in each direction less than 360 degrees, so that the head does not make full rotations about its axis.
