The wall defines at least one opening configured for disposal of a bone fastener. The first end includes an inner surface comprising a first linear side and a second linear side. The linear sides are disposed in substantial alignment with the axis. The inner surface further comprises an arcuate side connected to the linear sides to define a cavity configured for disposal of a fastener. Systems and methods are disclosed.
