The elevating device includes a sleeve, a screw rod, a motor and a motor driving module. The screw rod extends through the sleeve and engages threadedly a threaded inner surface of the sleeve. The motor is connected to the screw rod and is for driving the screw rod to rotate and move with respect to the sleeve, such that the top platform is driven by the screw rod to move upwardly and downwardly with respect to the cart body.
