Disclosed embodiments include the jumping surface portion of the bed and the spring mounting portion being formed from a continuous sheet of material with the spring mounting portion being a fold in the bed material defining a pocket for receiving an elongate rode therein. The continuous sheet of material can also include at least one of an enclosure mounting portion and a spring covering portion.
