A joint space is formed and includes the intra-joint-surface flow path due to surrounding, with a second adhesive, an outer periphery of the intra-joint-surface flow path and bonding the second flow path member and the first flow path member thereto. At least a part of an atmosphere opening path which causes the joint space to be open to the atmosphere is formed by sealing an atmosphere opening groove formed in the joint space using a film.
