The first camera includes a shell, a shaft, a camera module rotatably held in the shell via the shaft, a driver configured for driving the camera module to rotate, and a measuring device configured for measuring an angle that the camera module rotates. The camera module includes an optical axis substantially perpendicular to and intersecting with the shaft.
