The system for a dynamic uploading protocol additionally comprises a processor configured to determine whether to upload additional information about each event, wherein determining whether to upload additional information about each event is based at least in part on the sensor information and contextual information. The system for a dynamic uploading protocol additionally comprises an output interface configured to request the additional information. The system for a dynamic uploading protocol additionally comprises a memory coupled to the processor and configured to provide the processor with instructions.
