A method for transmitting control information by a base station in a wireless communication system according to the present invention comprises the steps of: performing a precoding process by applying different precoding matrix indices to control information for each terminal among predetermined precoding matrices; and transmitting, to each terminal, the precoded control information to which different precoding matrix indices are applied for each terminal, wherein said control information is multiplexed and transmitted via a plurality of antennas.
