An oil-in-water body cosmetic for application to wetted skin, which contains the following components (A) to (D): (A) from about 0.1% to about 1% of block copolymer; (B) from about 3% to about 10% branched fatty acid ester; (C) from about 3% to about 20% hydrocarbon oil; and (D) from about 5% to about 50% glycerin.
