The camera may be configured to generate a first video stream having a first bitrate and a second video stream having a second bitrate. The second bitrate may be lower than the first bitrate. The memory may be configured to store the first video stream and the second video stream. The control circuit may be configured to upload the second video stream from the memory to a user device via a wireless protocol in response to at least one predetermined emergency-related event.
