Abstract:
A method of controlling a mobile information terminal that includes a device for identifying a position of the mobile information terminal based on a received signal includes activating, by a processor, the device based on a reception status of the received signal before deactivating the device, and an index related to movement of the mobile information terminal after deactivating the device.
