The shell layer contains a unit derived from a monomer of a thermosetting resin, and a unit derived from a thermoplastic resin. The resin contained in the shell layer has a unit derived from one or more monomers of thermosetting resins selected from the group of amino resins consisting of a melamine resin, a urea resin, and a glyoxal resin.
