The medicaments may be independently selected from a haemostatic agent, an anti-inflammatory agent, an antibiotic agent, anti-microbial agent, an anti-adhesion agent, an anti-coagulant agent, a pharmaceutically active agent, a matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor, and combinations thereof.
