The crank mechanism using the cranking includes a crank, first end of which is fixedly connected to the drive shaft for rotation therewith, a drive lever for transmitting a rotational force to the swing levers, and a connecting rod connected between second end of the crank and the drive lever. A ratio between an eccentric distance of the crank and a length of the drive lever is less than 1.
