The shortcut management device is capable of executing shortcuts which use functions of an electronic apparatus, and manages at least part of the functions used by the shortcuts. A storage unit registers shortcuts. An invalidation detecting unit detects that the license is invalidated. A retrieval unit retrieves a shortcut made inexecutable in association with the license of which the invalidation is detected. An invalidation unit invalidates the retrieved shortcut.
