Abstract:
The use of lipopeptides comprising variable groups defined as H or optionally substituted C6-C20 aliphatic and a peptide of one of the following amino acid sequences: GEESN (SEQ ID NO: 17), QGEESNDK (SEQ ID NO: 20), and VQGEESNDK (SEQ ID NO: 21). The use of the lipopeptides for activating Toll-like receptors (TLRs) in cells is described.
