In one example embodiment, the method includes storing 310 a first base tilt position of the electronic device based upon at least one position signal received by a processing device at least indirectly from a position or movement sensing component. The method additionally includes defining 312 a plurality of tilt zones in relation to the base tilt position, including a base tilt zone containing the base tilt position, determining 324 whether a tilt position of the device has changed to a second tilt zone of the plurality of tilt zones, and causing 328 a display component of the device to perform displaying of information in a scrolling manner determined at least in part based upon the second tilt zone.
