By extracting information from one or more flows of Protocol Data Units, PDUs, which information is accessible on a certain protocol layer only, congestion control is enabled and performed on another protocol layer based on said information.The present disclosure avoids that inappropriate PDUs are discarded, which else would inappropriately affect the user performance.
