The lower cross-sectional area and the upper cross-sectional area have substantially the same shape and size. The filaments forming the outer lateral surface are substantially straight and inclined with respect to the longitudinal axis in either a clockwise direction or in a counterclockwise direction. The upper cross-sectional area is twisted relative to the lower cross-sectional area. The upper cross-sectional area is not congruent with the lower cross-sectional area when they are orthogonally projected onto each other along the longitudinal axis.
