The adjusting unit is disposed at a positioning portion of the body and has a driving element and a positioning element driven by the driving element. The driving element can be at first and second positions, and thus the positioning element moves in one and another directions of the sleeve hole, so as to enable and disable the positioning of the outer and inner pipes, respectively.
