A user selection unit refers to the content information database and selects, for each content item selected by the content selection unit, a user who is executing the selected content. A publication unit publicizes moving images showing a screen in which the content currently executed by the user selected by the user selection unit is being executed such that the screen is viewable on a network, cyclically switching from one content item to another.
