The example can obtain, from the radio white space database, information about another radio white space database that covers the location. The example can supply the location to the another radio white space database. The example can also receive a set of radio white space frequencies and associated constraints for the location from the another radio white space database. The example can further communicate data over individual radio white space frequencies of the set in accordance with the constraints at the location.
