Abstract:
Crystalline strontium titanate powder (SrTiO3) and a method of preparing strontium titanate powder (SrTiO3) are provided. A method of preparing strontium titanate powder involves providing an aqueous solution comprising a strontium precursor and a titanium precursor, immersing a polymer compound in the aqueous solution, and heating the aqueous solution in which the polymer compound is immersed.
