By adopting the technical solution according to the embodiments of the disclosure, the problem in the related art, that as it is impossible to supply power to an access device according to the current service state of each of a plurality of user terminals connected with the access device, the equality of the user terminals in power supply is influenced, is solved, thus guaranteeing the equality of each user terminal connected with the access device in supplying power to the access device.
