The exploring antenna has a front end portion extending beyond the handle housing. The output shaft has an inserting groove, and a ratio of the maximum size of the handle housing to the maximum size of the inserting groove in a radial direction of the output shaft is greater than or equal to 3.9 and less than or equal to 8.
