The frame piece is a circular disc having an opening in the middle of the disc. The opening extends up to the border of the disc widening towards the border, and to the section on the wider side of the opening is disposed a limiter piece. On the inner surface of the inner cylinder is a recess at the site of the limiter disc elements. The key has at least one bevel-edged cavity.
