A protruding portion protruding toward an inside of the tubular portion and engaged with the dielectric body to thereby restrict a position of the dielectric body is provided integrally with the tubular portion of the outer conductor terminal. The outer conductor terminal is formed by a stereoscopic shaping method to thereby provide the protruding portion in a protruding condition integrally with an inner peripheral wall of the tubular portion.
