When a predetermined condition is satisfied during the reproduction of the contents, the first apparatus transmits reproducing status information on a reproducing status of the content to a second apparatus. The second apparatus receives the reproducing status information and specifies content-related information according to the reproducing status information. The second apparatus displays the content-related information on a second display.
