The rectifier bridge receives an AC signal from an AC source and provides a first DC voltage at the first DC bus, the first flyback converter receives the DC voltage and outputs a first low-voltage signal (Vout). A second power supply (905) having a second DC bus (909+, 909−) is electronically coupled to a controllable rectifier bridge (966) and a second flyback converter (971). The controllable rectifier bridge receives the AC signal from the AC source and provides a second DC voltage at the second DC bus. The second flyback converter receives the second DC voltage and outputs a second low-voltage signal (Vout).
