The second latching portions are selectively engaged with the first latching portions in a first relationship to secure the plug on the positioning base at a first orientation with respect to the positioning base, when the second latching portions are engaged with the first latching portions in a second relationship different to the first relationship, the plug is located at a second orientation different from the first orientation with respect to the positioning base from the positioning base.
