As a result, when electrical connection with respect to the outer conductor of the coaxial cable is to be established, a connecting operation is configured to be carried out without carrying out terminal treatment processing such as a strip process of ripping off a dielectric body or an insulator surrounding a central conductor and the outer conductor so that the connecting process with respect to the outer conductor of the coaxial cable is significantly simplified.
