Each of the sensing units includes a first module including a first lower electrode, a first semiconductor disposed on the first lower electrode, and a first upper electrode disposed on the first semiconductor, and a second module including a second lower electrode, a second semiconductor disposed on the second lower electrode, and a second upper electrode disposed on the second semiconductor, and the first lower electrode is electrically connected to the second lower electrode.
