The membrane and the tab are constructed from a number of layers, wherein at least one of the layers consists of an elastomer. Arranged in the tab is an electronic data carrier. The tab has an upper and a lower layer. The data carrier is enclosed by the layers of the tab and the upper and the lower layer.
