The rotary electric machine includes a first supporting member that surrounds a periphery of the rotor. The rotary electric machine includes a plurality of second supporting members that are fixed to an inner circumferential surface of the first supporting member. The rotary electric machine includes a plurality of second magnetic members that are fixed on side surfaces of the second supporting members and that have a third magnetic pole facing the first magnetic pole with an air gap and a fourth magnetic pole facing the second magnetic pole with an air gap.
