The abutting assembly is sleeved outside the rod body, and the detent is sandwiched between the abutting assembly and rod body. The first elastic member abuts against the rod body and abutting assembly to bias the abutting assembly toward an abutting position. The connecting rod further includes at least one abutting section protruding radially and an annular groove, and is axially movable relative to the rod body to comoving or idling position.
