A stabilizer is formed by a portion on a front side of a separating portion formed by the second slit. A stabilizer reinforcing section is formed by a portion on a front side of a separating portion formed by the first slit. An engagement section is formed by a portion on a rear side of the separating portion formed by the first slit of the top wall.
