The touch panel includes a pixel array including plural pixels arranged in matrix, plural scan lines electrically coupled to a corresponding pixel line of the pixel array, and at least one touch detection unit arranged corresponding to the pixel array. The touch detection unit includes a first transistor having a first transistor, a second transistor, and a touch detection circuit. The first transistor has a first terminal for receiving a first bias voltage, a second terminal, and a gate. The second transistor has a third terminal electrically coupled to the second terminal, a fourth terminal for receiving a second bias voltage, and a gate. The touch detection circuit includes a first capacitor and a second capacitor and is configured to output a touch signal according to the capacitance value of the first capacitor and the second capacitor when the touch panel is being touched.
