System, methods, and apparatus, are described herein for modeling a site, such as a construction site. The site may include, for example, adding a new building to an existing city block, remodeling a building, re-developing an entire city/town, etc. Data may be gathered representing the site from a plurality of sources, and the data gathered may be used to determine how the new development affects the existing site. An interactive model may be generated that enables a user to walk through the site to visualize what the site will look like when completed.
