Embodiments include an apparatus, system, and method related to a body driven field effect transistor (FET). In embodiments, a body terminal of the FET may be electrically coupled with a source terminal of a second FET, and a drain terminal of the FET may be electrically coupled with a drain terminal of the second FET.
