Abstract:
Provided is an alkali-free glass, including as a glass composition, in terms of mol %, 60 to 70% of SiO2, 9.5 to 17% of Al2O3, 0 to 9% of B2O3, 0 to 8% of MgO, 2 to 15% of CaO, 0.1 to 10% of SrO, and 0.5 to 4% of BaO, having a molar ratio (CaO+SrO+BaO)Al2O3 of 0.6 to 1.0, and being substantially free of alkali metal oxides.
