The light concentrating film has a planar shape, and includes multiple light concentrating units which are connected to each other so as to concentrate the incident light on a light incoming side of the light concentrating film at the light outgoing side of the light concentrating film. The display device of the present disclosure includes a display panel and the light concentrating film of the present disclosure, and the light outgoing side of the light concentrating film faces a light incoming side of the display panel.
